Suunmyötästä is the Karelian dialect word meaning smooth, easygoing. The main part of the bean blend is coffee from Brazil’s Sul de Minas region. The region is located in the southern part of Minas Gerais, one of the largest coffee producers in the entire Brazilian region. Sul de Minas coffees grow at an average altitude of 950m. The delicate acidity of the coffee brings balance to the sturdy coffee, where you can find sweet chocolates and a slightly nutty aroma.
