Description

Pu Erh tea is known for its health benefits. It has been used for high cholesterol and to support weight loss. Tea fermented to medium brown has a matured and earthy taste. Additional flavor is given by jasmine flowers.

Simmer for 3-6 minutes in water at about 90 degrees at 1tsp per cup.
