Green organic tea from China. This one of the most prized varieties of green tea is produced in the Zheijang region. Tea is especially known for its brewing method, which stops the oxidation of tea leaves by heating them in a pan, “pan firing”. Large-leaf tea with tea leaves resembling the shapes of a sword. The aroma has a hint of vanilla, citrus, roasted soybeans and nuttiness.
