Description
The Daterra Sweet Collection comes from the renowned Daterra farm located in the Cerrado region of Brazil. The farm is world-renowned for its innovative research and respect for the environment. The farm produces very high-quality coffees especially suitable for espressos. The farm cultivates the following varieties: Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Mundo Novo, Icatu and Catuai. Growth height: 1150masl. The beans have been processed using the Pulped Natural method.
The Sweet Collection is also part of the Rainforest Alliance coffees, which means that the product is produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way, under fair conditions for employees. The criteria for certification include preserving the original trees, and the farm also has its own nature reserves. Thus, the farm also serves as a refuge for many birds. The Rainforest Alliance also aims to influence consumer behaviour through environmental certification.
