Description
Top quality oolong tea from Doi Phayapai Mountain in northern Thailand from an altitude of almost 2000m. Very nuanced and aromatic: nutty, fruity and caramel, among others. The degree of oxidation in Amber grade oolong tea is about 20-40%, meaning it is darker than most of our other oolong teas, but lighter and lighter than many traditional oolong teas.
The tea is lightly roasted, which brings out a nutty sweetness.
Can be stewed several times.
