Tujjuu is the Karelian dialect word meaning strong, powerful. The main part of the bean blend is Guatemala SHB, which grows in the northern highlands of Guatemala, where arabica coffees grow at an altitude of over 1350m, which is an ideal growth height for specialty grade coffees. The variety is characterized by citrusy acidity. In coffee you will taste cocoa as well as soft chocolate. The medium-strength structure gives posture and mouthfeel to a balanced coffee.
