Georgia OP Green Tea 50g

Georgia OP green tea grows on the shores of the Black Sea, near the Mtirala Nature Park. The harvest season of the rare green Georgian OP is quite short, from mid-May to early summer, after which I collect the harvest for black tea.

The cultivation is based on the Chinese tea growing tradition. The tea is quite large and spiral and green in color of the agave plant.
The taste is aromatic, soft and reminiscent of fresh grass. Brewed tea is yellow-green in color, with a hint of pineapple.
