Description
In addition to the generally popular Arabica variety, Robusta is gaining less appreciation in the Western specialty coffee world. The flavours of Arabica and Robusta should be tasted as unique taste sensations due to their different flavour profiles. Typically, Robusta has a full-bodied mouthfeel and a rich flavour. Robusta also contains up to 50-100% more caffeine compared to Arabica. Especially suitable as an espresso thanks to the thick crema, or as a real Vietnamese iced coffee.
